My family and I have eaten at Thai Mint several times, anything we order off the menu is great, the staff is ultra knowledgeable about the menu, their customer service is fantastic, we receive our food fast, the portions are great size, the cost is reasonable and the ambiance of the restaurant is well done. The owners and cooks have introduced themselves to us, really making you feel as if you are a part of their community! We are impressed with the Thai Mint experience, I would highly recommend anyone to give this place a taste!

Food was EXCELLENT service was superb. This waiter brought samples and treated me and my husband like royalty. Keep treating people this way and you'll need a bigger dining room.

Gotta give this place the FIVE STAR rating! Overall 10/10 Food 10/10 Service 10/10 Ambiance 6/10 (it's fine but it's not the draw here) This is all based on the Tom Kha soup and the Green Curry Beef. Both were done perfectly at medium spice. Service was friendly and helpful. Again, the food, at least that I ordered, was spot on. Can't wait to go back to this place!

My sister and I came in to order lunch here so her husband could join us for his lunch break. We started with a Thai iced tea and boom boom chicken off the appetizer menu. The Kaffir leaves with chicken were really tasty and we loved the little cucumber salad that came with it! We ordered more plates to share including the Thai Mint fried rice, pineapple red curry and Khao Soi soup on the lunch specials menu. The kitchen was able to make this soup with tofu instead of chicken. It was the best thing! I thought the pineapple curry was lacking in flavor comparatively. We finished off our feast with some mango sticky rice. Service was efficient and attentive - they handled the busy lunch hour easily. We were sharing our dishes and the server actually read our minds and brought us little bowls before we even asked! I liked all the artwork on the walls and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Passing though on the way to New Mexico. Ordered two vegetarian dishes that they customized to make sure they were vegetarian friendly. Service was wonderful! The food was even better. Ordered medium spice and the food had just the right amount of heat for us. Vegetables were super fresh and cooked perfectly. To bad we don't live here, as we would love to explore more of the menu.

Fantastic food fabulous service. I ordered way too much but that's OK because I'll just take it home on the plane tomorrow to California with me. The appetizer combo was amazing. I wasn't a huge fan of the chicken bombs, but my partner loved them and I ate everything else. The crab wontons are to eat in the afterlife when you go to heaven because that's what they tasted like... heaven. Pad Thai with the glass noodles was fabulous and I had the pad prik with the peanut sauce was delicious. The fresh vegetables were amazing. Definitely get the appetizer combo with the cucumber and red onion salad that is always a Thai favorite. I make it at home and it's not quite as good as what they make theirs with, but anyway, it was fabulous. The service was fabulous. Highly recommend, I'm talking because that's what I do anyway if you don't try this little place you're missing out if you're in Colorado Springs you're missing out

overall: 3.5/5 Service was wonderful, right when we walked in we were greeted. We were feeling kinda sickly so we ordered chicken soup (with glass noodles), pineapple red curry (which came with rice), and drunken noodles. We needed a spice plate because we ordered everything at a Medium spice level but everything felt like it didn't have spice. Spice plates make you eat too much spice since you eat the spice separately and it isn't blended in. Drunken noodles: 2.5/5, nothing great. Pineapple curry tasted wonderful with the pineapple and rice : 4/5. We ordered extra rice & it was $2.5 (bit too much in my opinion). Soup: 5/5, hot & delicious! Had mushrooms, cabbage, carrots, and little pieces of chicken hehe. Maybe it felt really amazing because I had a sore throat...anyways- they have a cute photo-op place (reminds me of a tiktok trap lol) but they encouraged my whole family to take pics there! So sweet alsooo there's lots of seating if you want to host big parties of people!

I've found that Thai food seems to be good no matter where you go in the world but I was very happy with their selection. We had the pad Thai, drunken noodles, pad see ew, beef noodle soup, and the khai soi. The drunken noodles was the most flavorful of the default Thai noodles. I love khai soi and it's very hard to find so was happy to see it on their menu. It did not disappoint. I had never seen the beef noodle soup before but after tasting it was like a Thai version of Vietnamese Pho. Everything here was delicious! And the service was very attentive.
